Job DescriptionOnly We are hiring Process associates for International Inbound Tech Sales Voice Process for both UK and US shift.
Inbound Tech sales Process Opening is available.
Attractive salary with huge incentives.
Timings: NIGHT SHIFT 10.30PM TO 8.30AM/ DAY SHIFT 8.30AM to 6.30PM
Qualification Required: H.S Pass.
Must have minimum 6 months Experience in Outbound Tech Support Process are preferable, should know how to close calls.
Job Description : Taking inbound calls from customer's computer issue, Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
