Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, analyze processes, and develop solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. This role involves gathering and documenting requirements, conducting data analysis, and supporting the implementation of business solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Recommend changes to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Solution Development: Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with organizational goals and are scalable for future needs.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Facilitate communication and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Support: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Provide post-implementation support and training as needed.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, and user manuals.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Jira).

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).  Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
