Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers for vehicle and property loan products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, real estate agents, builders, and direct clients.
  • Explain loan schemes, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers clearly.
  • Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and approval processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales and business targets.
  • Provide post-disbursement support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, preferably in vehicle loans, property loans, or other financial products. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, are essential. Candidates should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
