Position Name: - Production Supervisor (ITI Mechanical Only)

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Production In Charge to oversee and manage the production processes at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and a proven track record of optimizing production efficiency, improving product quality, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and control production processes to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff, including training and development

  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products

  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

  • Collaborate with maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability

  • Ensure all production is working properly and things are getting done on time.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of Production management systems and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software

  • Certification production planning

  • Qualification :ITI Mechanical

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
