We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive who not only understands visual storytelling but also knows how to transform it into scroll-stopping content that grows our digital presence.

Responsibilities:

Photo & Video Editing:

  • Sort, select, and retouch event/wedding images using Lightroom or equivalent tools.
  • Create engaging short-form videos (reels, teasers, BTS) using CapCut, VN, or similar editing apps.
  • Maintain BX's visual style and brand tone across all platforms.

Social Media & Content Creation:

  • Design and schedule daily posts using Canva and Meta Business Suite.
  • Ideate and execute trend-driven campaigns and Reels that boost engagement.
  • Research latest social trends, hashtags, and audio to keep BX ahead of the curve.
  • Write catchy captions, and assist in copywriting for posts and stories.
  • Collaborate with photographers, editors, and directors to ensure timely delivery of content.

Influence & Engagement:

  • Build BX's online personality — appear in behind-the-scenes or fun reels if needed.
  • Engage with followers, vendors, and clients through comments, DMs, and collaborations.
  • Track analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (preferably creative/media industry).
  • Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, VN, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
  • Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style content.
  • Creative mindset with ability to think visually and strategically.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Confidence to ideate, present, and even appear on camera for trend-based content.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
