Job Summary:

As the Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing real estate events, community engagements, and brand marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance visibility, drive engagement, and support lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute real estate marketing events including open houses, launch events, broker tours, community activations, and industry trade shows.
  • Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with design teams to produce event collateral, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of branded marketing content across online and offline channels.
  • Maintain and grow a calendar of marketing events aligned with sales cycles and company goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, events, and communications.
  • Support social media and digital marketing efforts with event-based content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or brand management, ideally within real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
