Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor located in Jaisalmer. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and managing the maintenance and performance of renewable energy plants. The Supervisor will also coordinate with various teams to optimize operational efficiency and report on plant performance and any issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management and supervision
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
  • Maintenance and performance management skills
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Technical skills related to renewable energy plants
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
