Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and increase brand visibility.
• Generate quality leads through innovative marketing activities .
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into customer inquiries and conversions.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.
• Organize site visits, promotional events, and client engagement programs.
• Prepare marketing reports and performance analyses.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 years of experience in marketing (real estate, Insurance, Banking etc.. experience preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and creative thinker.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹17,440.16 per month
