Role Description

The Miss Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and improving business operations, providing support to the team, and ensuring efficient execution of tasks. Daily tasks include managing inventory, handling customer relationship management (CRM), and coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations. The role also involves problem-solving, researching best practices, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity.

• Previous experience in SaaS or e-commerce is a plus
