Full Job Description

We seek a creative and skilled Email Marketer to join our marketing team at Parshdigital

As an email marketer, you will develop, implement and optimise email marketing strategies to help us reach and connect with our target audience. This includes email content creation, scheduling, list segmentation, delivery management and performance analysis to drive conversions and build strong subscriber relationships. You will also leverage data insights to enhance campaigns, improve engagement and drive measurable results.

Objectives of This Role

  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic email marketing plans.
  • Identify target segments, define campaign goals and determine optimal sending frequency and timing.
  • Ensure the accuracy and hygiene of the email database, maintain opt-in practices and comply with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with design, content and analytics teams to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualisation to delivery and analysis.
  • Create engaging and compelling email content aligned with our brand voice—copy, visuals and call-to-actions.
  • Segment and manage email lists for accurate targeting and personalised communication.
  • Design visually appealing, responsive email templates.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and run A/B tests to analyse and improve performance.
  • Monitor KPIs such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and email marketing best practices for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an email marketer or in a related marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact and other automation tools.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Outstanding copy writing and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM integration systems and customer segmentation.
  • Understanding of email deliverability and reputation management.
  • Knowledge of email personalization and dynamic content strategies.
  • Certification in email marketing or related fields.
