Role Summary:
We are looking for seasoned freelance trainers to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional learning experiences for our clients and their supplier partners.

The adjunct trainer will be responsible for developing competency and skill sets for management and employees at Textile and Garment manufacturing facilities in and around Colombo (Sri Lanka) on various subjects to improve individuals to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The role involves direct interaction with senior management and employees at factory level, maintaining comprehensive training records, and ensuring high-quality training delivery in alignment with Green Guardian's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

  1. Develop and deliver training programs to build competency and skill sets in male and female employees.
  2. Ensure training content is engaging, interactive, and effective in achieving learning outcomes.
  3. Utilize both theoretical and practical approaches to enhance the learning experience.

Reporting and Documentation:

  1. Prepare and submit training reports.
  2. Maintain comprehensive documentation of training activities and assessments.

Communication and Coordination:

Coordinate with Green Guardian clients to ensure alignment with their training objectives and standards.

Qualifications:

  1. A degree in Education, Social Work, human rights, or a related field.
  2. Prior experience in training, particularly with employees in manufacturing facilities, is highly desirable.
  3. Proficiency in local language and English.
  4. Strong documentation and reporting skills.
