Lead to Booking Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Freshers to 2 years

Work Timings: US business hours (evening/night IST)

Salary: ₹6–6.5 LPA fixed + 1 variable component

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly persuasive, articulate, and goal-oriented professional in Bangalore to manage leads qualified by our AI system. The primary objective of this role is to guide these leads through the final stages of the sales process, converting their interest into booked calls or appointments. This position is ideal for individuals who understand sales psychology, excel at human connection, and thrive on facilitating action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Take over warm leads from AI/automated systems and convert them into booked appointments.
  • Communication: Engage with leads via chat, email, or SMS (phone optional) to guide them through the booking process.
  • Objection Handling & Urgency Creation: Personalize conversations, address objections, and create urgency to move leads forward.
  • Tracking & Follow-ups: Log responses, track follow-ups, and document outcomes in CRM or booking tools for effective lead management.
  • Collaboration: Work with the team to refine scripts, improve communication flows, and enhance conversion rates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written communication in clear, concise, and persuasive English.
  • Natural conversational style that is human, confident, and engaging.
  • Proven experience or aptitude in sales communication or closing techniques.
  • Availability during US business hours.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, chat platforms, and calendar scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Experience working with AI-driven lead systems or chatbots.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
