  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with management and follow up with candidates.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, collecting documents, and setting up orientation.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records.
  • Coordinate with management for manpower planning and hiring strategy.
  • Support basic HR operations such as attendance tracking and employee engagement activities.
