This role is both hands-on and serves to meet timelines and quality requirements. The candidate will assist with building a functional Analytics Center of Excellence practice in both custom and purchased platform environments.Key Responsibilities / Functions:Translate functional and non-functional requirements into effective designs and development specifications.Responsible for transforming Data into - > Information -> Knowledge - > Business DecisionsDelivers extensive data warehouse, data mart and dimensional models for Analytics Center of Excellence.Responsible for streamlining dataflow pipelines across various programs and products.Responsible for identifying trends and patterns in data leading to increased effectiveness of digital programs.Responsible for Data related documentation and visual communications.Provide guidance to other delivery and operations team members.Architect, design, develop, and support Snowflake services and warehouse.Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)8 – 10 + years of experience in data architecture and management.Experience with Snowflake DB (Strong programming knowledge using Snowflake, SnowSight and Snowpipes) is a requirement.Experience with data modeling tools and techniques is essential, Data warehouse, OLAP/Cube, Tabular Model/Cube design experience using Kimball Method best practices.Experience in the use of machine learning methods, for example, linear regression, correlation, statistical modeling.Experience with MS SQL Server, Cosmos DBExperience in writing complex, highly optimized SQL queries across large data sets.Experience in managing the Data pipelines.Azure MSBI Architect/Develop Experience (Azure SQL DB, ADLS, Azure DW, ADF)Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics experience desired. Prescriptive/predictive analytics experience desired.Experience implementing Database Management Systems for custom developed and purchased business applications.Personal Characteristics and AttributesSolid English written and verbal communication skills.Able to engage other leaders to understand strategy, articulate options, evaluate tradeoffs and influence key decisions.Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.Inquisitive nature & self-starter who can implement with minimal guidance.Ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong desire in learning new technologies and methodologiesSenior technical expert that has worked with global teams and mentors' other team membersFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law .
