  • Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes to the highest standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for the tandoor section.
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Monitor food preparation and service to ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop new tandoori recipes.
  • Assist in managing stock levels for the tandoor section, ensuring sufficient supply of ingredients.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Train junior kitchen staff on tandoor cooking techniques and kitchen protocols.
  • Proven experience in tandoor cooking, preferably in a similar role.
  • Culinary certification or relevant qualification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and modern tandoori cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • High standard of personal hygiene and grooming.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
