Job Summary:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing specialist to drive growth through data-led paid media strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat. The role involves end-to-end campaign management, budget optimization and ROI analysis to maximize conversions and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross functionally with Onsite, CRM and Analytics teams while maintaining robust reporting and performance tracking. Proven expertise in performance marketing and data-driven decision making is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage all Paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google, META, TikTok and Snapchat to drive orders, new customers, revenue, CPO, and brand awareness.
  • Maintain clear SOPs for the performance marketing team as well as their interaction with the markets and other departments such as Onsite, CRM, Analytics etc.
  • Regularly perform benchmark of other digital channels and highlight key insights to the management.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide stakeholders with clear and concise updates on campaign progress and return on investment.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Assist in monitoring allocated budget to ensure compliance and highlight possible issues.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data for actionable insights. Maintain dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring.
  • Develop personalized marketing strategies based on data insights. Implement segmentation strategies and refine efforts using performance data.
  • Proactive and ability work with different team members within and outside the performance marketing team.
  • Set up and implement a timetable of promotions and activities in support of the brand, plans and campaign.
  • Monitor the implementation/ impact of marketing campaigns and promotions to ensure maximum return on investments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or PGDM in Marketing, preferably from Healthcare and E-commerce background.
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Digital and Performance marketing
  • Proficiency in Facebook, Google adverts and affiliate marketing etc.
  • Good to have analytics skills, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively within tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
