Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Development Engineer - MEAN Stack to lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in MongoDB, , Angular, and , with proven leadership in guiding teams, optimizing performance, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires a hands-on technologist who can balance technical execution, team mentorship, and solution design to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of web applications using the MEAN stack.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Drive technical design discussions, define coding standards, and enforce best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering continuous learning and growth.

- Ensure test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration, and deployment (CI/CD) practices.

- Optimize performance of front-end (Angular) and back-end ) applications.

- Manage API design, integration, and third-party service consumption.

- Oversee database design, optimization, and performance tuning in MongoDB.

- Conduct regular code reviews, technical audits, and debugging to maintain high-quality

standards.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks, proposing adoption where beneficial.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead

capacity.

- Strong expertise in MEAN stack (MongoDB, , Angular, ).

- Hands-on experience in designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and deep understanding of asynchronous programming.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern UI frameworks.

- Experience in MongoDB data modeling, aggregation, indexing, and optimization.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Proven ability to deliver large-scale enterprise applications with a focus on performance,

scalability, and security.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git, and Jenkins.

- Knowledge of GraphQL, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Mocha, Jest).

- Contributions to open-source projects or prior experience building SaaS-based platforms.
