Role Overview Description

Full Stack Developer- Tech Team

SuperK is revolutionizing grocery shopping in India's small-town markets with a tech-driven, membership-based retail model. With over 100 stores across 80+ towns in Andhra Pradesh, SuperK is bringing the convenience of a 'small-format Costco' to Tier 3-5 towns, turning unorganized retail into a seamless, organized experience. Backed by leading investors like Blume Ventures and XEED Ventures, SuperK is reshaping the future of retail, making quality groceries and savings accessible to small-town India like never before.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Work closely with the Engineering Lead to contribute to the system architecture (backend and frontend) for products used by customers, store teams, and partners.
• Build core systems across multiple products independently from the ground upwith the freedom to experiment and try new things.
• Stay aligned with product strategy, evaluate feasibility of ideas from PMs, estimate effort, and help plan roadmaps and feature rollouts.
• Collaborate with fellow developers to meet timelines, unblock each other, and share best practices.
• Ensure everything you build is well-documented, scalable, and maintainable.

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with ownership of a product or major module.
• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks like , , or Python frameworks like Django.
• Strong experience in writing REST APIs and working with relational databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• A proactive mindset to build things from scratch in an unstructured environment.
• High ownership, curiosity, and the ability to balance pragmatism with quality.
• Interest in the Retail & E-commerce space, and building tech that works for small-town India.
