Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Delhi. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and conducting audits. Day-to-day tasks will include budget forecasting, expense management, financial reporting, and advising on financial decisions to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.

Salary offered is Rs 60000/month

Core Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance – Maintain books, prepare financial statements, manage budgeting, MIS, and cash flow.

Taxation – Handle Income Tax, GST, TDS, tax audits, return filing, and represent before authorities.

Audit & Assurance – Conduct statutory, internal, and tax audits; ensure accuracy of financial reporting.

Compliance – Ensure adherence to Companies Act, ROC, FEMA, RBI, SEBI, and other statutory requirements.

Advisory & Strategy – Provide financial planning, valuation, fundraising, and business advisory support.

Governance & Ethics – Maintain ICAI's ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional integrity.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
  • Knowledge of tax legislation and compliance
  • Audit and risk management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with accounting software and financial systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA)
