Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by converting student leads into enrollments
- Counsel prospective students on courses, learning paths, fees, and career outcomes
- Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person counseling sessions
- Identify student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up on leads provided by marketing and generate self-sourced leads
- Maintain accurate data and pipeline in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment/revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships to improve student satisfaction and referrals
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20, ₹28,175.03 per month
