Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by converting student leads into enrollments
  • Counsel prospective students on courses, learning paths, fees, and career outcomes
  • Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person counseling sessions
  • Identify student needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Follow up on leads provided by marketing and generate self-sourced leads
  • Maintain accurate data and pipeline in CRM systems
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment/revenue targets
  • Build long-term relationships to improve student satisfaction and referrals
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹28,175.03 per month
