Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Technical evaluation of sales enquiries for OEM customers and prepare proposals and quotations. 
  • Actively interact with the technical team of the OEM customers.
  • To organize, keep track of the sales orders, systematic physical and electronic filing system.
  • Coordination of client's specific technical requirements to production team.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction for all sales process and address relevant complaints to the production team.

Responsibilities
  • Heat load Calculations & Design in case of schedule not provided by the customer. 
  • Equipment selection / Cost Estimation / Quotation 
  • Follow up on Quotation.  
  • Preparing Technical Submittal. 
  • Preparation of Order Estimation sheet and getting it approved by Sales Manager/Sr.Manager. 
  • Preparation of Project file and handing over the file to Sales Coordinator. 
  • Get the specification from the contractors, based on the customer specification and the equipment schedule select fan models and quote based on price list & Cost Sheet. 
  • Prepare submittal based on the contract specification and submit to the contractor/ consultant for approval. 
  • Sending the order acknowledgement to customers.
Qualifications
  • Degree/Post Graduation in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in performing heat load calculations and HVAC system design especially when customer schedules are not provided.
  • Experience in selecting HVAC equipment based on project specifications, customer requirements, and cost-efficiency, including preparing accurate cost estimations and quotations.
  • Ability to create detailed HVAC layout drawings using AutoCAD software.
  • Skilled in preparing comprehensive technical submittals and order estimation sheets, and coordinating internal approvals with Sales or Senior Managers.
  • Experience in obtaining technical specifications from contractors/customers, and providing fan/equipment selections aligned with specification and cost sheets.
  • Capability to prepare and submit submittals based on contractual requirements for consultant/contractor approval.
