Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute architectural design phases (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents) for U.S-based projects, working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Apply U.S. building codes, accessibility regulations, sustainable design standards(e.g., IBC, ADA, local jurisdictions) and ensure design compliance across deliverables.
  • Use advanced BIM tools (e.g., Revit), rendering engines, and AI-based workflows to accelerate design production and presentation quality.
  • Produce high-quality drawings, specifications, and renderings, ensuring accuracy, consistency and visual impact.
  • Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP engineers),
  • Drive innovation in the design process by identifying and implementing AI-based tools and efficiencies.
  • Communicate clearly (verbally and in writing) with team members and stakeholders in a remote setting and manage time effectively across multiple projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional work in architecture firms (remote or in-office) with strong experience in design development and construction documents.
  • Basic knowledge of U.S. building codes (IBC), accessibility standards (ADA), and construction documentation processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in BIM (Revit) and presentation/visualization tools (e.g.,Enscape, Twinmotion, V-Ray, AI-based rendering platforms).
  • Able to manage project using Asana project management tools and able to work collaboratively with other team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to manage remote work and deliver to deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work independently while engaging with a distributed team.
  • Salary range: Rs. 50,000-60,000/ month for the right candidate. There would be initial probation period of min. 2weeks through 3months.
