Role Overview:

Join a high-performing, exclusive team that manages and supports clients with a net worth exceeding 50 Cr. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and top-tier clients, developing a deep understanding of wealth management practices, financial analysis, and asset structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Segmentation Focus:

  2. Work within a specialized unit catering exclusively to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNI) with assets over 50 Cr.

  3. Aide Memoire Preparation:

  4. Compile and update monthly portfolio statements for Platinum clients, reflecting all transactions and portfolio changes.

  5. Analytical Reporting:

  6. Generate insightful reports to support data-driven investment decisions by clients and relationship managers.

  7. Audit & Compliance Support:

  8. Prepare detailed input sheets for auditing off-balance-sheet items and other external assets listed in the GAP sheet.

  9. Asset Class Understanding:

  10. Gain foundational knowledge of various asset classes including equity, debt, alternatives, and structured products.

  11. Investment Vehicle Analysis:

  12. Understand and analyze financial instruments and vehicles used to participate in different asset classes.

Career Progression Opportunities:

After 1.5–2 years in the Platinum team, successful candidates can explore one of the following career paths:

  • Platinum Account Manager (AM):

  • Manage 8–12 UHNI clients over 2–2.5 years, with a clear path to becoming a full-time Relationship Manager (RM).

  • Product or Research Specialist:

  • Transition into a role within the product or research teams, supporting the sales or investment strategy side.

As part of the Platinum team, you'll gain exposure to top-tier wealth management strategies and best practices that position you for long-term success in the financial services industry.
