Key Responsibilities:

• Identify students with learning difficulties, behavioral challenges, or special needs through screening and assessment.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique requirements.
• Modify classroom activities, materials, and assessments to match students' abilities and promote inclusion.
• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction in coordination with the class teacher.
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers to create inclusive classrooms.
• Maintain records of student progress, evaluations, and IEP goals.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates and guidance.
• Conduct awareness sessions and training for school staff on inclusive education practices.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and government regulations related to special education.
• Provide emotional and behavioral support to help students build self-esteem and social skills.

• Patience, empathy, and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, parents, and staff.
• Capable of managing documentation and maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA with Special Education (Mandatory)
• Certification or diploma in inclusive education, learning disabilities, or autism spectrum disorders is an advantage.
• Knowledge of assistive technologies and special education tools.

Working Days & Hours:

As per school norms (typically Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
