  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle OTM implementations
    in mid to large-scale projects across diverse industries
  • Advanced expertise in SQL
    , along with strong working knowledge of
    XML, XSL, and BI Publisher
  • Strong functional configuration skills
    across core OTM modules, including:
  • Shipment Planning & Execution
  • Freight Settlement
  • Sourcing
  • Fleet Management
  • Experience in B2B integrations
    , leveraging
    EDI and API
    standards and methods
  • Excellent customer service skills
    with the ability to manage client expectations effectively
  • Proven team-building and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to
    handle multiple workstreams
    and delegate tasks efficiently
  • Experience in both
    development and support projects
  • Project management capabilities
    , including scheduling, monitoring, and risk handling
  • Strong
    solution design and system architecture knowledge
  • 3PL industry experience
    (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of other
    Order Management or Transportation Management Systems
    (advantageous)
  • Educational background in Computer Science
    (preferred)

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    primary lead for Customer Onboarding workstreams
    and drive collaboration across teams
  • Ensure
    adherence to standards
    across all onboarding projects
  • Perform
    Engagement Management (EM) activities
    for offshore teams and coordinate with nearshore PMs
  • Oversee and
    industrialize knowledge transition processes
  • Mentor junior team members
    to continuously upskill and enhance team capability
  • Delegate tasks effectively
    and resolve conflicts or dependencies across workstreams
  • Monitor
    Change Requests (CRs)
    and manage their scheduling and implementation
