Role & responsibilities

  • Build and develop strong relationships with institutional investors (both current and potential shareholders) and deepen the understanding of the pharma sector and the company
  • Prepare periodic collaterals like quarterly earnings presentations, corporate presentations, and annual reports
  • Oversee the arrangement and implementation of investor meetings / non-deal roadshows/investor conferences and analyst day of the company
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sell-side analysts that cover the company and look for opportunities to further broaden the sell-side analyst coverage universe with high-quality institutions
  • Track and analyse the shareholding pattern of the company periodically
  • Work closely with the Public Relations team to ensure the company website is up to date
  • Handle other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned
