Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at AhaTherapy, located in Lucknow. The Associate will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks which may include maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with clients and therapists. Additional responsibilities may involve supporting marketing efforts, conducting research, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Client coordination, scheduling, and record-keeping skills
• Experience in marketing and research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Relevant experience in the healthcare or therapy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field
