Slikk is India's fastest moving quick commerce lifestyle platform, and we are looking for a high intent Product and App Visual Designer who blends strong visual craft with motion design awareness and AI powered creativity. If you love designing premium interfaces, interactions, visual systems and motion informed product experiences, this role is made for you.

Responsibilities

  • Design high quality UI screens, components, visual systems and layouts for the Slikk app and web.
  • Build motion informed elements including micro animations, UI transitions, interaction cues and lightweight Lottie or Rive assets.
  • Use AI tools for design exploration, visual enhancement, asset creation and workflow acceleration.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, engineering, user research and the core design team to deliver clean and user friendly interfaces.
  • Elevate user journeys with intuitive visual design choices and subtle motion that improves clarity and feel.
  • Maintain structured Figma files, design systems and export ready assets.
  • Contribute to evolving Slikk's product wide visual identity and motion language.
  • Iterate quickly in a fast paced, high ownership environment.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in product design or app visual design.
  • Strong command of UI foundations including layout, spacing, grids, hierarchy, color, typography and component thinking.
  • Understanding of motion principles including easing, timing and smooth transitions for UI.
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Comfort with Lottie, Rive, Jitter and deep proficiency in Figma.
  • High skill in AI design tools for ideation, variations, style matching and automation.
  • Ability to convert product requirements into visually polished user experiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI work, product visuals and motion informed design.
  • A proactive and hustle driven mindset with intent to deliver outcomes at speed.
