We are currently looking to hire a 
Product Manager – Market Research & Land Evaluation
 for our NCR operations. Please find the brief details below:

Position:
 Manager – Market Research & Land Evaluation

Location:
 NCR (Preferably Gurgaon-based)

Experience Required:
 4–5 years

Budget:
 ₹8–12 LPA

Reporting To:
 Bangalore-based leadership

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  1. Independent Market Research & Analysis

  2. Conduct regular visits to new launches across NCR micro markets

  3. Track pricing strategies, marketing efforts, inventory movement, and customer experiences

  4. Analyze IPC (International Property Consultants) reports like JLL, CBRE, etc., to stay updated with broader market trends

  5. Land Evaluation & Product Strategy

  6. Evaluate proposed sites for development potential

  7. Prepare detailed reports including nearby competition, achievable pricing, and suitable product mix

  8. Support land acquisition and planning decisions with strong, insight-backed data

  9. Integrity & Independent Decision-Making

  10. The role requires high integrity as key decisions will be based on the candidate's inputs

  11. Strong background checks and references will be conducted

Preferred Background:

  • Experience working with IPCs such as 
    JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield
    , etc., especially in 
    valuation, advisory, or transaction services
  • Educational qualification in 
    Urban Planning / Real Estate / Infrastructure / Valuation
     is an added plus
  • (Preferred institutions: 
    SPA Delhi, NICMAR Pune/Hyderabad
    , etc.)

independently
