Role Summary
The role involves managing end-to-end HR Operations, including onboarding, statutory documentation, POSH certification, portal induction, employee file creation, HRMS updates, BGV completion, HR audits, and exit formalities. The candidate will handle employee letters, communications, and grievance resolution while supporting employee engagement and Reward & Recognition (R&R) activities. Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and effective communication are essential to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

- Manage End-to-End HR Operations, ensuring seamless onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and compliance.
- Conduct Joining Formalities, including collection and verification of statutory documents, portal inductions, and completion of mandatory certifications such as POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment).
- Create and maintain Employee Files with accurate and up-to-date records of personal, statutory, and organizational documents.
- Handle timely and precise Employee Data Management on HRMS, including creation, updates, and changes during the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure completion of Background Verification (BGV) process in coordination with external agencies.
- Issue all relevant Employee Letters, such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, experience letters, etc.
- Conduct periodic HR Audits to ensure accurate documentation, statutory compliance, and system hygiene.
- Manage smooth Exit Formalities, including full and final settlements, HRMS deactivation, exit interviews, and documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for Employee Grievance Handling, ensuring prompt and effective resolution in line with company policies.
- Support Employee Engagement Initiatives and Reward & Recognition (R&R) Programs, assisting the HR team in driving employee satisfaction and motivation.
- Ensure clear and timely Communication with Employees regarding policies, processes, statutory requirements, and organizational updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operational processes.
Education Qualification Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization.
Key Skills and Attitude Required
- Strong understanding of HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, and Statutory Compliance
- Working knowledge of HRMS Systems and database management
- Hands-on experience in Joining Formalities, BGV, POSH Compliance, and Documentation
- Proficient in managing Employee Records, Letters, and Communication
- Exposure to HR Audits, Grievance Handling, and Exit Management
- Ability to assist in Employee Engagement & R&R Programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
