Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – .Net Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack .NET Developer (8–10 years of experience) to join our team as a Principal Consultant.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET (C#), ReactJS, React Native, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of both frontend and backend development.
Experience with AWS, PostgreSQL, and RabbitMQ is a strong plus.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications (web and mobile).

• Build and optimize APIs, integrate frontend components with backend systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to ensure high-quality solution delivery.

• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems for performance and scalability.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Proven hands-on experience in .NET (C#), ReactJS, React Native, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience with AWS cloud services and RabbitMQ for distributed applications.

• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

• Exposure to additional front-end frameworks such as Angular is a plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
