Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer Intern with a strong focus on building modern, interactive web applications and dashboards. You will lead the design and development of high-performance user interfaces using with TypeScript and drive innovation in data visualization, responsive design, and accessibility. Your contributions will directly shape our digital products while collaborating closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

UI Architecture & Development:

• Architect and build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using with TypeScript.
• Develop modular, reusable UI components for complex dashboards with rich data interactions.
• Leverage UI component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design) and design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design prototypes into pixel-perfect, accessible web interfaces.

Data Visualization & Integration:

• Integrate interactive data visualizations using libraries like , Recharts, or Nivo to create compelling dashboards.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs, RESTful services, and potentially GraphQL endpoints to dynamically fetch and display data.

Performance, Accessibility & Quality:

• Optimize Frontend performance for fast load times, smooth transitions, and overall responsiveness across devices.
• Implement and maintain best practices for web accessibility (ARIA attributes, keyboard navigation, color contrast, etc.) and internationalization.
• Develop comprehensive automated testing strategies (using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks) to ensure quality and stability of Frontend components.
• Employ modern debugging, code optimization, and performance profiling techniques to continuously enhance application performance.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior Frontend developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops.
• Advocate for and help establish coding standards, best practices, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes specific to Frontend development.
• Stay up to date with emerging Frontend trends, tools, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to the tech stack and development workflow.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Contribute to the creation and evolution of a design system and component library that supports rapid development and a consistent user experience.
• Explore and integrate progressive web app (PWA) features, ensuring our applications are resilient and offer an excellent mobile web experience.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to continuously refine our development approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven Expertise:
• Internship with hands-on Frontend development experience, with a strong portfolio of modern web applications.
• Extensive experience with , React, and TypeScript.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Deep understanding of responsive design techniques using CSS Grid, Flexbox, and media queries.
• Proficiency in integrating data visualization libraries , Recharts, or similar).
• Solid experience with state management libraries (Redux Toolkit, React Query, or similar).
• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.) and version control (Git).
• Experience with GraphQL and API integrations.
• Exposure to PWA development and advanced performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of containerization principles for Frontend applications (e.g., Docker)
• Quality & Testing:
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks for Frontend components.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Frontend deployment workflows.

• Collaboration & Leadership:

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to articulate technical decisions.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
