Manager - Sales Co-Ordinaton

Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Support & Team Leadership
- Help sales team with product info, documents, and price lists.
- Share catalogs, schemes, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, dispatch, and production teams.
- Lead a team of 5–6 coordinators/executives to ensure smooth sales and logistics operations.
·Order & Dispatch Oversight
- Supervise order entry and processing in ERP/CRM.
- Plan and prioritize dispatch schedules for timely deliveries.
- Review pending orders and ensure proactive updates to sales teams/customers.
- Validate invoices and documents for accuracy and compliance.
Logistics & Transport Management
- Select and finalize transporters (FTL – Full Truck Load, PTL – Part Truck Load) based on cost, service quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate freight rates to get the best possible pricing while ensuring service reliability.
- Prepare comparative statements of freight costs for management approval.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery at customer locations.
- Handle transporter performance monitoring and resolve issues like delays or damages.
- Coordinate for LR copies, e-way bills, and statutory transport compliance.
- Build relationships with transport vendors for long-term cost optimization.
· Customer Management
- Handle calls/emails for product availability, pricing, and delivery.
- Maintain dealer/distributor/project database.
- Support in dealer/distributor onboarding paperwork.
· Sales Data, Reporting & Analysis
- Oversee preparation of daily/weekly/monthly sales and dispatch reports.
- Monitor stock levels, allocation, and movement across warehouses.
- Track sales performance vs. targets and provide MIS dashboards to management.
- Review outstanding payments, credit limits, and support accounts in collections.
Internal Coordination & Compliance
- Act as key link between sales, production, finance, and logistics teams.
- Lead reconciliation of claims, credit approvals, and customer accounts.
- Ensure company policies, approval processes, and discount structures are strictly followed.
- Contribute to annual sales planning, logistics budgeting, and process improvements.
