Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding admission enquiries.

  • Counsel students about ICFM courses, program benefits, and career opportunities.

  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert them into admissions.

  • Maintain proper records of student interactions and admissions data in CRM/Excel.

  • Coordinate with the academic team to schedule counselling sessions, interviews, or demo classes.

  • Achieve monthly admission/enrolment targets.

  • Provide accurate information and a positive experience to every prospective student.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi).

  • Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).

  • Confidence in tele calling and counselling.

  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Eligibility:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Candidates with prior counselling/tele calling experience will be an added advantage.
