This is a fully remote opportunity for one of our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy a certified ServiceNow app that integrates with Client's Works Hub platform Implement bidirectional communication between ServiceNow and Works Hub Ensure support for attachments and templated service request creation Collaborate closely with client's engineering and product teams to finalize scope and delivery plan Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and document implementation Ensure app meets all ServiceNow certification requirements Support testing and debugging prior to certification and deployment Required Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer 4–6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Experience building and submitting certified apps to the ServiceNow Store Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub Familiarity with ServiceNow UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Data Policies Strong understanding of ITSM and CMDB modules Experience with attachments and custom form workflows Comfortable working with distributed teams and managing requirements independently Excellent communication and documentation skills Working Hours Must have at least 6 hours overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) Preferred Previous experience with utility or facilities management platforms Experience integrating ServiceNow with 3rd-party SaaS tools Knowledge of Works Hub or similar asset/service request platforms
