Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage the QA team to deliver high-quality product releases.


• Define, implement, and maintain testing strategies, processes, and standards.


• Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.


• Oversee regression, performance, integration, and system testing.


• Identify test coverage gaps and ensure comprehensive product validation.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and acceptance criteria.


• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Postman, or Cypress.


• Track and report quality metrics, test coverage, and release readiness.


• Mentor junior QA engineers and ensure continuous learning within the QA team.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.


• 4–7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.


• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test processes, and automation frameworks.


• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, Postman).


• Experience testing APIs, web apps, and mobile applications.


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus.
