Signage Fitter

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Signage Fitter / Installer to handle the on-site installation of Flex banners, ACP panels, 3D letters, LED signage, and façade elevations. The ideal candidate should have experience in working at heights, using hand tools, and interpreting layout drawings for proper alignment and fitting of signage elements at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install signage components like ACP panels, flex banners, vinyl prints, acrylic letters, LED boards, etc., on-site as per layout and instructions.
• Perform ACP cladding and framing using aluminum sections, rivets, silicone, and related hardware.
• Carry out drilling, fixing, and pasting jobs accurately to ensure neat and safe installations.
• Work with team members to lift, align, and fit signage structures at height using ladders, scaffolding, or boom lifts.
• Interpret site drawings and ensure proper placement, leveling, and finishing of signage.
• Coordinate with project manager or site supervisor regarding installation requirements and timelines.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed while working at height or using power tools.
• Travel to various client locations as per project requirements.
• Support dismantling, repair, or replacement of damaged signage when required.
• Maintain basic records of work done, materials used, and site photos.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in signage or ACP installation work.
• Familiarity with materials like ACP, acrylic, vinyl, flex, MS frames, aluminum channels, etc.
• Ability to use hand tools like drill machines, rivet guns, cutting tools, measuring tape, etc.
• Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring (for LED signage) is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to lift materials and work long hours on-site.
• Team player with a practical, hands-on approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI or technical trade certification (not mandatory but preferred).
• Prior experience in advertising, signage, or elevation companies.

Pay: ₹13, ₹30,000.00 per month
