Cash Application Analyst – GL Bank

As a Cash Application Analyst within our global Bank Accounting team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely application of customer payments across our worldwide operations.

You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and posting all cash receipts to the appropriate customer accounts across more than 200 bank accounts in multiple currencies and geographies.

This position is part of our Shared Services Center in Gurgaon, working in close coordination with Bank Accounting colleagues based in France and Spain, and in daily collaboration with the Cash Collection team (also located in Gurgaon). Your manager will be based in France.

This role operates on the US shift to align with our global customer base and cash processing timelines.

• Review, identify, and apply incoming customer payments (via wire, ACH, check, direct debit, etc.) in HighRadius and SAP / BRIM.
• Ensure accurate allocation of cash receipts to customer accounts and invoices.
• Investigate and resolve unidentified or misapplied payments in collaboration with the Cash Collection teams.
• Support monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring all open items are cleared promptly.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives related to cash application and AR matching.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with SOX and company financial policies.
• Communicate effectively across regions and time zones, particularly with colleagues in France, Spain, and India.

This position is based in Gurugram, India

Shift Time : US Shift (06:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, or bank accounting (preferably in a multinational or shared services environment).
• Proficiency in SAP (experience with the BRIM module is a plus) and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of cash receipts, customer payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
• Willingness to work on US shift hours.
