Supervisor Trainee

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor Trainee located in Bhopal. The Supervisor Trainee will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining safety standards. Additional duties include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with different departments for smooth operations, and assisting in training new employees. The trainee will also be involved in troubleshooting issues, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
