We are seeking an
Assistant Manager – Product Packaging
to lead innovative, functional, and sustainable packaging solutions that enhance customer experience and reinforce our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive packaging strategies across all product categories.
• Lead packaging design and artwork development in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
• Champion sustainability initiatives — including recyclable materials and eco-friendly designs.
• Manage vendor relationships, production schedules, and cost optimization.
• Ensure adherence to regional packaging, labeling, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure timely and consistent product launches.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging development, branding, or design — ideally in home, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and sustainability trends.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, ArtiosCAD, or similar.
• Excellent project management, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling through design.
