Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the companys marketing, branding, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to build brand presence, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and branding plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Influencer & Content Marketing).
• Strengthen brand identity, awareness, and online reputation.
• Manage marketing partnerships, franchise marketing, and corporate collaborations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with sales and operations to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Oversee marketing budgets and analyze ROI on campaigns.
• Build, mentor, and lead a dynamic marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry preferred.
• Innovative thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving market trends.

Salary:

12 – 22LPA (Based on experience and performance)
