Role & responsibilities

Designation: Graphic Designer

Location: Bangalore (Work from office)

Skills - Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in content design, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design capabilities
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 suite (Storyline, Rise, etc.) and Vyond for creating interactive e-learning content
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)
  • Experience in creating learning content and instructional design using authoring tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to deliver expected results within expected time and at high quality

Skills - Good to Have:

  • Experience working in multicultural, global environments
  • Knowledge of learning management systems
  • Understanding of adult learning principles
  • Motion graphics and video editing capabilities
  • Experience in developing responsive and mobile-friendly e-learning content
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Role: We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Designer to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in APAC.   • Newsletters and email creatives
  • Posters and internal communications materials
  • Develop on-demand content including:
  • Video-based micro-learning modules
  • Playbooks and guides
  • Flyers and promotional materials
  • Training collateral

Program Support:

  • Support end-to-end program delivery across diverse cultural contexts
  • Create and distribute program collaterals including survey results and monthly updates through various channels:
  • Email communications
  • Newsletters
  • Progress updates
  • Monthly program updates
  • Drive program administration and coordination for employee learning and development initiatives (e.g. calendar scheduling and management, create and maintain program dashboards and report
