Maintenance Manger

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations in our WPC / UPVC manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in extrusion processes, plant utilities, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting specific to the WPC/uPVC industry. This role requires excellent leadership, planning, and technical skills to ensure maximum equipment uptime, safety, and cost-effective maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, schedule, and supervise all maintenance activities including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation tasks.

· Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to increase equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.

· Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.

· Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in extrusion, mixing, Utilities, cutting, and packaging lines specific to WPC production.

· Maintain spare parts inventory and procurement in coordination with the procurement department.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

· Manage maintenance budget, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.

· Coordinate with production and quality departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.

· Maintain maintenance logs, records, and reports

· Installation and commissioning of new equipment or upgrades.

Education:

· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered.

Experience:

· 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant, preferably in plastics, extrusion, or WPC / UPVC industry.

· 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.

· "C" License is preferred

Skills:

· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and PLC-based control systems.

· Familiarity with extrusion lines, material handling equipment, and plant utilities

· Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office tools.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Working Conditions:

· Primarily based in the plant environment with regular exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and heat.

· May require extended hours or weekend work during critical breakdowns or plant shutdowns.
