We are hiring a Customer Relations Executive is responsible for managing and improving the relationship between a company and its customers. Key responsibilities typically include:

  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to relevant departments.
  • Sales Support: Assist with upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
