. The product enables the secure, real-time retention of communication data aligned with regulatory mandates. Our team follows an agile, product-focused delivery model with continuous development and deployment practices.

Additionally, you will contribute to
Project Cirrus
, enabling
Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC)
application migrations to
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
—working alongside talented engineering teams to build scalable, cloud-native enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in
    end-to-end application development
    for Java-based microservices and UI components.
  • Design, develop, and enhance
    Java Full Stack applications with React
    .
  • Collaborate with architects and product teams to implement
    cloud-native design patterns
    and
    microservices best practices
    .
  • Use
    TDD/BDD
    methodologies to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Engage in
    code reviews
    , architectural discussions, and development process improvements.
  • Work closely with global stakeholders, ensuring smooth
    knowledge transfer
    and alignment.
  • Deploy and support solutions in
    GCP
    using cloud-native services and container orchestration platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7 to 10 years
    of hands-on experience as a
    Java Full Stack Developer
    .
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Core Java, Spring Framework
    (Spring Boot)
  • React
    and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Worked with
    Java 8/11/17
    in production environments.
  • Solid understanding of
    data structures & algorithms
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Kafka
    or similar messaging systems.
  • Familiarity with
    JPA, JTA, CDI
    , microservices architecture, and design patterns.
  • Experience with:
  • Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift
  • Maven/Gradle
    ,
    Git
    ,
    CI/CD tools
    (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity)
  • Strong communication skills (English – Upper Intermediate or above).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in
    Investment Banking or Financial Services
    domain.
  • Understanding of FIC products fixed income/currency trading systems.
