Role: Organisation Design Consultant

What You'll Do

  • Work with CXOs, promoters, and HR leaders to diagnose organisation challenges and design future-ready operating models.
  • Conduct leadership interviews, workshops, and data analysis to uncover alignment gaps.
  • Apply frameworks (E.g., Galbraith's Star Model) to design pragmatic, fit-for-purpose organisation models.
  • Co-create solutions with clients that balance strategy, culture, and execution realities.
  • Support activation and change management so new designs stick.

What We're Looking For

  • Education:
    MBA (any discipline — HR, Organisation Behaviour, Finance, Marketing, General Management)
    or
    MA/MSc in Psychology (Industrial/Organisational preferred).
  • Skills: 1.
    Strong analysis and critical thinking — able to break down complex issues into clear insights.
    2.
    Strong communication — able to listen, engage, and articulate ideas effectively with senior leaders.
    3.
    Confidence to facilitate discussions and workshops.
  • Experience:
    3–6 years in Organisation Design, Operating Model, or Transformation roles (consulting, HR COE, or strategy teams).
  • Multi-industry exposure (Consumer, Pharma, BFSI, Infra/Energy) is useful but not required.
  • Based in Mumbai (or ready to relocate) and open to travel within India.
  • Mindset:
