Role & responsibilities

  • Case Login Management:

  • Accurately load and log all new applications/cases into the internal systems.

  • Verify completeness of documents and ensure they meet login criteria.

  • Maintain proper records of all logged-in cases.

  • Coordination with Sales Team:

  • Regularly update the sales team on the status of their cases.

  • Follow up on pending documentation or clarifications required from the sales team.

  • Coordination with Underwriting Team:

  • Forward complete and verified cases to the underwriting team for review.

  • Track progress and escalate delays or concerns as needed.

  • Assist in resolving discrepancies between underwriting and sales documentation.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain trackers and reports for login cases, pending documents, and status updates.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
