Dr.Dento is a fast-growing oral care D2C brand offering a modern range of products including electric toothbrushes, toothpastes, mouthwashes, and oil pulling solutions. Our mission is to make advanced, effective, and enjoyable oral care accessible to every household in India. We're looking for a dynamic e-commerce & content manager who can blend strategy, creativity, and execution to scale our digital presence and online sales across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce management:
  • Manage and optimize listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) and the brand website.
  • Ensure accurate and engaging product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatches, offers, and FBF/warehouse operations.
  • Plan and execute monthly campaigns, deals, and promotions aligned with brand goals.
  • Work closely with platform account managers to drive visibility and growth.
  • Track performance metrics such as sales, ROI, and conversion rates, and prepare regular reports.
  • Content & brand management:
  • Build and manage the monthly content calendar across website, social media, and marketplaces.
  • Develop engaging and conversion-oriented copy for product pages, banners, and ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with design and photo/video teams for product shoots and creatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints – tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Optimize product and content performance using SEO & keyword research.
  • Analyze content engagement metrics and optimize strategy accordingly.
  • Performance & coordination:
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for ad campaigns and performance reporting.
  • Support influencer and brand collaborations with relevant product and content inputs.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, competitor activities, and category innovations.
