Job Description

Location: Boriya Plant

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing daily store operations at the plant, including receiving, storing, issuing materials, maintaining stock records, and coordinating with production and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle daily inward and outward movement of materials.

 Maintain accurate stock records and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.

 Perform regular physical stock verification.

 Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams.

 Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and update entries in Excel/ERP.

 Ensure proper storage conditions and maintain overall housekeeping of the store.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Any graduate.

 Good knowledge of Excel and basic documentation.

 Experience in store or warehouse operations (preferably in agri/seed industry).

 Good communication and coordination skills.

Additional Note:

Preference will be given to women candidates.
