Job Description:

Designation: QC Engineer
 To achieve the target of Hydro Test and ECT test as per planning.
 To make ensure required parts are available in stoke for maintenance/new job
requirement.
 Raise indent for required items and get approval from higher authority.
 To line up Hydro test requirements as per JOB/QAP requirements in given time line.
 To carry out ECT testing as per Job requirements.
 Maintain daily inspection register and reports.
 Tagging and traceability of all material available in plant.
 To do work line up in absence of any supervisor.
 To ensure work area cleanliness and hygiene.
 To train new workers/supervisor for Quality department work.
 To plan and worker management for responsible area activity.
 Any addition work given by dept Head.
